Terms, Repair & Warranty

Payment Term:

 

Wire transfer payment, COD or other prepayment is set for all first-time customers and international buyers. We also accept Letter of Credit for large orders, and purchase orders from the Federal, State and local governments, the military, schools and other research organization.  We also offer Net 30 open accounts to qualified domestic customers, please contact us for details.

 

Prices:

 

Prices and specifications are subject to changes without notice and we reserve the right to correct any typographical errors. Our quotes are usually valid for 60 days.

 

Delivery & Shipping:

 

Most products are stock items and can deliver the same day if order is received before 3PM Eastern time.  For large quantity orders, please contact the sales staff for estimated delivery schedule.  All orders are shipped FOB Norristown, Pennsylvania by FedEx, DHL, UPS or other carriers such as freight forwarders.  For international order, duties, taxes and brokerage fees are sole responsibility of the consignee.

 

Warranty:

 

Most products come with one-year Standard Warranty effective from the date of shipment.  The warranty covers both parts and labor under normal operating condition as defined in the product specification.

 

Repairs:

  1. For defective products, please contact the sales staff to obtain the RMA number, and then send it to us for repair with freight prepaid. We reserve the right to repair or replace the product as soon as possible.  

  2. Transportation charges: If the product is still under the warranty period, the customer needs to pay only one-way transportation fee to ship the units to us for repair. If the warranty period has expired, then the customer needs to pay both way transportation fees and repair costs. Please use carriers only such as FedEx, UPS, DHL, etc, for shipment under 100Kg.

  3. Maintenance expense: If the date goes beyond the warranty period, the repair cost will depend upon the situation.
