Delivery & Shipping:

Most products are in stock and can deliver the same day if order is received before 3PM Eastern time. For large quantity orders, please contact our sales staff for estimated delivery schedule. All orders are shipped EXW North Wales, Pennsylvania by FedEx, UPS or other carriers such as freight forwarders. For international order, duties, taxes and brokerage fees are sole responsibility of the consignee. We ship to all places and nations by FedEx.


Most products come with one-year or 5-year Standard Warranty effective from the date of shipment. The warranty covers both parts and labor under normal operating condition as defined in the product specification.


1. For defective products, please email ( or contact our sales staff (1-610-239-8812) to obtain the RMA number, and then send it to us for repair with freight prepaid. We reserve the right to repair or replace the product as soon as possible.

2. Transportation charges: If the product is still under the warranty period, the customer needs to pay only one-way transportation fee to ship the units to us for repair. If the warranty period has expired, then the customer needs to pay both way transportation fees and repair costs. Please use carriers only such as FedEx, UPS, DHL, etc, for shipment under 100Kg.

3. Maintenance expense: If the date goes beyond the warranty period, the repair cost will depend upon the situation.

Cancellation Policy:

Customers can cancel orders if the orders have not been shipped yet. Cancellation must be done by email at or send a fax to 1-215-699-3348. The cancellation message must include the order number and total amount of the order. But some orders are non-cancelable or non-refundable for customized items or none standard products.

Return Policy:

Product returns must be within 2 weeks from the shipping date and in new condition, original packaging and including all accessories (cables, manuals, power adapters). We reserve the right to refuse the returns or charge a restocking fee (usually 20%) for incomplete or damaged returns. Any return must have an RMA number (Return Material Authorization) as described in the RRPAIRS. Returns will not include shipping expenses. The credit issued to the customer will be only for the initial product order value.
